June 24, 2025	Increased the effect duration from 4 seconds to 6 seconds in PvE only.
October 26, 2021	Positive percentage-based enhancements now display with a "+." For example, swiftness now displays "+33% Movement Speed" instead of "33% Movement Speed."
June 08, 2021	Condition damage bonus has been increased from 10% to 15% in PvE. This now matches the current bonus on this trait in PvP and WvW.
February 25, 2020	Competitive content update: (Competitive split) Reduced power coefficient from 0.1875 to 0.0625. Reduced bleeding duration from 4 seconds to 1.5 seconds. Reduced torment duration from 4 seconds to 1.5 seconds. Increased bonus condition damage from 10% to 15%.
July 10, 2018	The PvP and WvW version of the effects for this trait have been modified, with bleeding duration being reduced from 5 seconds to 4 seconds.
September 22, 2017	Path of Fire release: Impaling Lotus: Reduced duration of conditions applied by this skill by 50% in PvP and WvW.
November 17, 2015	Lotus Training - Impaling Lotus: Fixed a bug that caused this trait to fire the attack when the thief was out of combat.
