Legionnaire Kress Rustmaw is a Renown Heart NPC and the Iron Legion legionnaire in charge of the Tuyere Command Post in Sati Passage. After assisting with maintenance around the camp, he will become a karma merchant.

Dialogue[edit]
Bah! Tar everywhere. The stuff stinks so bad it burns my nostrils, and it clumps in my fur. Only way is to cut it out. I don't know how the Flame Legion can live so close to the stuff.
What seems to be the problem?
- I blame the tar for our inability to push any further into this region. Not only does it seize up our machines, but the fumes have a noticeable affect [sic] on the troops.
- What sort of effect?
- They perform their important tasks, minding the perimeter, fighting off the flame, but fumes cause a malaise that has led to basic tasks being overlooked.
- Like what?
- They've stopped training and tending to general maintenance. There're gears and rats all over the place!
- Anything I can do to help?
- Obviously killing Flame Legion and tar elementals would be a big help. But just as important, we have to organize the scrap, take care of our rodent problem, and kick the troops[sic] tails into shape.
