From the 
Bloodfin Lake Waypoint — , swim northwest across the lake, and through the underwater tunnel to emerge in the Sunken Halls of Clarent. Go up the stairs along one wall of the chamber that lead up from the water to enter the area filled with separatists. Head right then around the corner to find the insight.
