III: The Mother Sovereign is a card that belongs to the Oracle deck by Waiting Sorrow. Collecting it is required for the Sorrow's Lost achievement.
Acquisition[edit]
From 
Dimotiki Waypoint — make your way to the 
Help Bladed Softness maintain Deep and Troubled Waters (78). Cross the bridge to the ship towards 
Deep and Troubled Waters and turn left. Talk with .png){kind=small}
Neversorrow and he'll give you the card for free.
