Acquisition

From  Dimotiki Waypoint — make your way to the Help Bladed Softness maintain Deep and Troubled Waters (78). Cross the bridge to the ship towards Deep and Troubled Waters and turn left. Talk with Neversorrow and he'll give you the card for 3 gold.
