Acquisition

From  Bastion of Balance Waypoint — get out of the cave and back on the island's surface. The door to the Great Debate Hall opens once Escort Lyhr to the Great Hall so he can rebalance himself finishes. Once inside, use your mount to get to the upper southwest corner.
