XVI: The Tower of Secrets is a card that belongs to the Oracle deck by Waiting Sorrow. Collecting it is required for the Sorrow's Lost achievement.
Acquisition[edit]
From 
Tower Courtyard Waypoint — go up the stairs and go through the 
Hall of Gallantry — . Go up the stairways and using your Skyscale fly up to the platform with NPCs. Fly up again to the trees near the vista and keep going up. Use the flat ledges to gain more energy. Then interact with the cards on the ground at the base of the pylon.
