Glaeda is a member of the Lionguard, stationed in Twinspur Haven fort. She has a definite preference for norn men only.

You're in the right place. To the north is a large Svanir settlement. For grawl, go east; for dregde, west. And if that's not enough fighting for you, there's plenty to hunt everwhere else.

The Sons of Svanir are norn who have been corrupted by Dragon and worship him as a totem spirit. They're always raiding and attacking honest norn.
