Doctor Bleent is a member of the Arcane Council, a once-respected member of PR&T krewe, and a merchant in the Akk Wilds at Dr. Bleent's Encampment. He is conducting controversial research on oozes, and is being investigated and protested by PR&T Senior Investigator Hrouda, who hopes to have him removed from his position due to his oozes ruining the local ecology by attacking wurms and corrupting their eggs.
