- Sent to the player's character via mail after completing Guns, Germs, and Steal (assuming they spared healthy crops as described below during the mission and have not already purchased them from Sana on this character that day).

- At least one Infected Crop must be burned while completing Sana's heart (i.e. you cannot only turn in Piece of Meat and/or destroy miniature Joko statues only).
- If no healthy crops were burned, you may buy 3 cakes from her.
- If 1–2 healthy crops were burned, you may buy 1 cake from her.
- If 3 or more healthy crops were burned, you may not buy any cakes from her.
Notes[edit]
- Provides 250 when consumed.
- You will not be able to purchase cakes from Clanmarshal Sana if you have already received them from Debbie's mail that day, and vice versa.
