Patch	Changes
November 28, 2023	Increased the cooldown from 5 seconds to 10 seconds. Increased the power coefficient from 0.1 to 0.75. Increased the torment stacks from 1 to 2 and the torment duration from 3 seconds to 6 seconds. Increased the velocity.
