— In-game description

The Chatoyant Elixir's enhancement effect allows you to see and hear otherwise imperceptible gigantic cats in and around the capital cities as well as normal cats that appear around you for a brief time, including underwater. Touching the normal cats will grant you 5 stacks of Might.png Might for 10 seconds. Up to five cats can appear at once, and multiple can be tagged to stack the intensity of Might.png Might. Whether or not they are touched, each cat disappears after 30 seconds.

Since March 23, 2021, the elixir also allows players to see the Extra Life cats and animals.

  • This item provides the best "Experience from Kills" bonus of any utility consumable in the game.
  • Interacting with a Bobblehead Laboratory will make the gigantic cats even bigger for the duration of its effect.
  • The elixir can only be used during the April Fools week festival.

  • Chatoyant is a term used to describe gemstones whose incident light has an undulating or wavy "cat's eye" effect, similar to a spool of silk.
  • The amount of elixirs that the player receives is a reference to the common myth that cats have nine lives.
