Arena Upgrades Panel

Arena Proprietors run and maintain the Guild Arena. They are NPCs and members of the Guild Initiative who give access to the Treasury and guild upgrades. They appear after your guild claims a guild hall. Both the Heart of Thorns expansion and Guild permissions are required to use the upgrade services, but not the treasury.
