- Activation time is 1/2 underwater.
- Removes conditions at set 10-second intervals. Intervals remain constant even if signet is on cooldown.
- Perfect Inscriptions will cause this skill to remove two conditions every ten seconds instead of one.
- Signet Mastery will reduce the recharge of this skill to 32 seconds.
