Bug:

Despite the description, it cannot currently be used as a crafting ingredient.

• Because this item is level 78, it can't hold level 80 item upgrades.
• This item cannot be salvaged or used in the Mystic Forge.
• Due to changes implemented with the July 26, 2016 game update, which resulted in the conversion of both offensive and defensive infusion slots into enrichment slots, both recipes now produce functionally identical items.
• The October 27, 2020 game update removed one of the duplicate recipes.
