Frostmaw is a champion wurm located in Bouldermouth Vale, directly east of Bearstone Shrine Point of Interest.

- Lurk - The wurm burrows underground,
knocking down enemies in a point-blank area of effect and evading attacks over the next 2 seconds. 180 range. 5 second recharge.
- Frost Siege - Slow projectile attack that explodes in an area of effect where it lands, causing
Chilled for 3 seconds and 
Launches foes. 2 second cast time. 180 radius. 180 minimum range. 3 second recharge. Unblockable. The wurm will prioritize using this skill over all others if there are no enemies within range of Bite.
Rock Shards - The wurm emerges from the ground after 2 seconds, damaging foes and inflicting

Trivia[edit]
- Though it shares its name with Frostmaw the Kinslayer, one of the largest and most dangerous ice wurms ever known, that Frostmaw was killed and any relation is unknown.
