Whispers Mantle was a piece of light armor offered to players who have joined the Order of Whispers during their personal story. When the wardrobe was released, the Whispers Mantle was removed from the game and replaced by a pair of Apprentice Shoulders with identical stats. The reason for its removal is likely because the Whisper's Secret Cowl always covered up all shoulder armor, and consequently the Mantle never had a skin of its own.
