I've been playing Guild Wars 1 since release. I love lore, and creating characters and events that reflect it. I am really excited about the Guardian, because I've been waiting for a class/profession like that for a long long time. I am intrigued by the Engineer because I can imagine players having a gun fight, recreating a Call of Duty simulation in Guild Wars 2. I am really disappointed in the Ranger so far. I can't see any reason for me to create one, when it just doesn't feel unique to me. I hope that they'll make it more attractive before the final release.
Which can't come fast enough might I add.. If I had three wishes, I wouldn't waste it on money or fame. I'd wish for this game to be released within a month, up to Arenanet's high standard.
But overall, I'm so impressed by this game, and I hope it isn't a let down.
On a final note, the Norn don't look exciting or epic enough for me to want to play one. I really would like Arenanet to booste up their epicness, because I'm currently settling for a Norn Necromancer just so I can experience a Norn.
