Tactician Syska
Tactician Syska is a charr tactician of the Vigil, serving with the Pact in Mount Maelstrom. The Pact Commander accidentally unleashed a barrage of mortar shells on her squad, seeing the squad as a group of Risen, and Syska blames the Commander heavily for it.
| It is revealed that Syska was moonlighting as an arms dealer, smuggling Pact Supplies to the Flame Legion. While in the process of doing so, Syska was killed in Fireheart Rise by an agent of Zhaitan named Labwan the Deceiver, a Risen mesmer, who disguised herself as Syska and returned to Mount Maelstrom intending to cause discord in the Pact. |

- Syska is voiced by Kristen Rutherford.
- Seska is a character from Star Trek: Voyager who was disguised as a Bajoran, but was actually a Cardassian.
- If so, Warmaster Dalia Caisson might be a salute to the Kazon, to whom Seska tried to betray the ship.
