Notes

• Southsun Economist near Kiel's Outpost Waypoint sells a Settler's Banded Legs of Strength for 2  and 70 Karka Shells if all four settlements are under control. Although this item cannot be salvaged in order to apply the rune to other items, it can however be extracted with Upgrade Extractor.
• The prices for armor that contains this are as follows, though it may be more efficient to buy the rune directly off the Trading Post instead:

May 11, 2021	Text on many damage-increasing profession traits, runes, and sigils has been clarified to indicate whether they increase outgoing strike damage, condition damage, or all damage, as appropriate.
November 13, 2018	Rune update: Unchanged Unchanged Unchanged +20% might duration instead of +15% Unchanged Reworded, otherwise the same.
July 01, 2014	The 4-piece bonus has had its might duration reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds for both the Major and Superior versions. The 6-piece bonus has had its damage bonus reduced from 7% to 5% while under the effect of might.
April 15, 2014	Rune rework update: Unchanged. Decreased might duration bonus from 20 to 10%. Increased power bonus from 40 to 50. Added +15% might duration; Increased chance of gaining might from 3 to 25%; Reduced might duration from 20 to 10 seconds. Increased power bonus from 90 to 100. Added +20% might duration; Increased damage bonus from 5 to 7%.
