Independent Amnoon banner

• This collection is unlocked by choosing to stay neutral in the Office of the Chief Councilor during Blazing a Trail. To find which faction a character has chosen, you must check which faction's banner is hanging in Amnoon; these can be found outside the Amnoon Civic Center and at the east entrance to the Amnoon Emporium. You will want to see the banner for an Independent Amnoon.
• Some of the items for this collection can only be obtained by the character that made the above choice.
• Items from bounty targets and purchasable items from renown hearts vendors can be obtained on any character once the collection is available.
