Quartermaster's Row is an area within Arborstone.
Unlocking the Crafting Center mastery of the Arborstone Revitalization will grant access to armor and weapon crafters. Unlocking Commercial Hub will provide a Black Lion Trader near the crafting stations.
Getting there[edit]
Take the Teleporter to Second Level, which is located by The Exchange. When you exit the teleporter, turn north, and head out onto the ledge overlooking the main hall. Follow the ledge northwest, and then turn northeast into the room at the end of the ledge.
Alternatively, take the Zip Line just south of 
Longfeather Plaza — to the second level. Once at the top, head northeast to the corner with the stairs, but don't go down them. Follow the ledge southeast a bit further, and head northeast into the first room you see.
