- Adds a Fishmonger, Fishing Supplies merchant, and asura gates going between Lion's Arch and Arborstone.
- Adds NPCs and furnishings to The Roost, including the Kestrel Quartermaster.
- The training area is populated by training kestrel, and Tsuko Talonedge appears as a Hero challenge.
- Kestrel Hosteler, some furniture and other NPCs appear in Arborstone Inn to signify the resting enhancement.
