Acquisition

This item can be bought at any time from the NPC it mimics (or even from the device itself). To create the item you use to purchase it, you will need:

• 250 Fine Rift Essence
• 100 Masterwork Rift Essence
• 50 Rare Rift Essence
• 50 Glob of Ectoplasm
• 1 Mystic Clover

The first 4 items can be used by any level 400 crafting profession to create an Amalgamated Rift Essence (you will need to buy the Recipe: Purified Rift Essence for 50 ). Next, you will need to combine that item with a Mystic Clover in the Mystic Forge.
