Parker Cole is a human pickpocket in the Bazaar Docks in Labyrinthine Cliffs. During Bazaar of the Four Winds and Festival of the Four Winds 2014, she wandered around the section after the early waterfalls, talking to merchants and trying to sell something. She occasionally visited Jess and talked with him, telling him to return to Lion's Arch.
