What's so dangerous about it?

There are bandits to the south, centaurs to the west, and all manner of aggressive beasts in between. Trust me, the unprepared don't last long around here.

They may have a tenuous treaty with Lion's Arch, but the centaurs are still openly at war with Divinity's Reach. You'll be protected around the havens, but beyond that, the centaurs attack at will.

Yes. The centaurs didn't want to fight both Lion's Arch and Divinity's Reach, and we didn't want to fight them at all. We support Divinity's Reach troops, but we don't join in the fighting.
