Each starter kit contains the appropriate precursor weapon, legendary-specific gift, and either a Gift of Magic or Gift of Might. This effectively means that a player can craft a legendary without having to level or even owning any crafting professions.
While the precursor weapon and materials are account bound, the following table shows how much the precursors would cost if bought off the Trading Post:
