Kirra Timberhone is Hoelbrak's cultural representative selected to attend the burning of the effigies during the first annual Dragon Bash and place memorials of kin killed by the dragons on the pyre. Kirra remained in Lion's Arch for questioning by the Lionguard. She is Broll's cousin, and descended from Ginna Woodsplitter.
