Help Jimoh keep the defectors alive and reach the oasis camp is a level 80 event that starts at the Arid Gladefields and ends at First Camp.

Walkthrough[edit]
When Jimoh is standing in the settlement in Arid Gladefields, players can speak to Restless Exiles and recruit them for the event, up to a maximum of 10 . However, you cannot recruit Restless Exiles if the Stop the Awakened collectors from harassing the exiles event is in progress. The number of Restless Exiles recruited is shown as a Defector Readiness effect when Jimoh is targeted.
Throughout the journey you will be harassed by groups of Awakened, with one Veteran Mordant Crescent Intimidator Clone leading the charge of each wave but the last. The final wave appears just south of the goal, in a three-way intersection, this time with the actual Veteran Mordant Crescent Intimidator front-and-center.

- Jimoh: With help, Ebele has made the north passage secure.
- Jimoh: Keep hope alive. The next oasis camp is not far.
- Jimoh: If we get separated, remember the code:
- Jimoh: Walk in shadow.
- Jimoh: Follow the moon to Amnoon.
- Jimoh: Going forth, you'll be defectors. So watch out for the Mordant Crescent.
- Jimoh: The Crescent mainly hunt for Sunspears, but meeting one is bad news no matter who you are. Trust me.
- Jimoh: Alright, let's go.

- Jimoh: I was hoping you'd show up. Late, as usual.
- Second Spear Olishar: I'm sorry I'm late. Did I miss anything?

- Second Spear Olishar: I stay far afield so not to bring attention from the Mordant Crescent.
- Jimoh: As for me, I'd rather fight with a Sunspear than without one.

- Jimoh: Why, if it isn't Second Spear Olishar. Nice of you to join us.
- Second Spear Olishar: I'm sorry I'm late. Did I miss anything?
- Jimoh: Everyone's been briefed, and the're eager to leave.
- Second Spear Olishar: Sometimes I think my presence brings too much attention.
- Jimoh: Don't flatter yourself. Though, we could use the help.

- Second Spear Olishar: Call me Olishar. I'd be glad to visit your son after I deal with Warden Jabari. Speaking of, I need to go.
- Jimoh: May Kormir grant you speed, Olishar.
- Otherwise:

- Wazzir: Pokey keeps me safe. I warned travelers, and pointed deserters to the next camp.
- Jimoh: That's my good boy. You know, they wouldn't survive without you.
- Wazzir: I know, Mom. But it doesn't make me miss you less.
- Jimoh: You're doing a man's job. Your father would be proud. I know I am.
- Wazzir: Mom, have you seen Baba? How is he?
- Jimoh: Oh, my poor Wazi. Your father wanders the Drifts. We honor and remember him, but he's lost.
- Jimoh: I've got to go now. More fieldworkers need help. I love you Wazi. And you too, Pokey.
