Patch Changes
July 10, 2018
  • This skill will now interrupt the thief's current skill instead of queuing behind it. This is intended to allow for more responsive access to mobility when using other skills.
May 08, 2018
  • This skill no longer removes conditions.
November 07, 2017
  • This skill can now be used to cancel Kneel if the player is sent airborne by an enemy skill.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause this skill to not remove all instances of the listed conditions.
September 22, 2017 Path of Fire release:
  • Free Action has been added to the game.

Trivia[edit]

  • In Dungeons & Dragons, a free action is an action that can be done in the blink of an eye, such as dropping one's weapon or canceling a spell. Ironically, standing up (as this skill makes one do) is explicitly stated not to be a free action, instead being considered a movement action.
    • The game also includes an item named "Boots of Free Action", which prevents movement-impeding effects on the wearer - like those that this skill removes.
