Fill the center vent with oil is a level 80 group event that occurs in The Ooze Pit during the The Ooze Pit Trials meta event. It is accessed by pledging to Ash Legion while talking to Veteran Ash Legion Captain, which grants the 
Ash Pledge effect.

Walkthrough[edit]
Pick up the Empty Barrels and run across the field to gather Highly Flammable Oil. Then run to the center to Center Vent and use first skill (Dump Oil) to dump the oil into the grate.
