Cashier Talum is a human found in the Grand Sahil Casino. Players can speak with him to gamble Globs of Ectoplasm and coin by purchasing hands of various sizes of the fortune-telling game "Sandstorm", which produce random amounts of Globs of Ectoplasm and valuable Sandstorm card junk when consumed.
