Bort the Bloodless is a pirate that ran the Undermarket alongside Naima Ice-veined. He survived the attack on Lion's Arch and was temporarily located in a small camp in Vigilant Hills, but on returning to Lion's Arch found himself and his comrades ousted from the Undermarket by a group of skritt. He then made his home just outside the cave with his fellow pirates on a raised ledge in White Crane Terrace.

After the construction of the New Lion's Arch, his current residence is The Free Market in the Western Ward.

While we were refugees of the attack, a rat pack moved into our old cave. They took over our inventory and our operation there.

Isn't it better to be working out there in the open, anyway?

Maybe so. Still, I plan to settle the score with those rodents one day.

During the rebuilding of Lion's Arch

Lived through Scarlet, survived getting gassed, and now I'm evicted by a bunch of goods-grabbing skritt.

What happened with the skritt?

Sometime during the whole mess, a bunch of the rats took over our cave. Took our goods and stole our little enterprise out from under us.

Tough luck. What are you doing now?

We're stuck out here until we figure a plan to get our cave back.

Bort can still be found at the camp below the Vigil Keep in Vigilant Hills, despite having moved back to Lion's Arch. His crew members have been fully relocated to Lion's Arch.
