Most of the Awakened Sailors were humans aboard the supply ship sent by Pact Marshal Thackeray from Central Tyria to Amnoon before it was intercepted by Palawa Joko's forces. One mourning sailor can be found near Amira in Sun's Refuge, after completing The Convergence of Sorrow I: Elegy.
