Arcane
- Elemental Surge — Arcane skills gain reduced recharge, grant increased ferocity, and inflict a condition based on your attunement.
Notes[edit]
- The maximum amount of Ferocity gained is 300 which equals a 20% bonus to critical damage.
- The number of uses on this skill's effect will decrease even if the attacks miss or do no damage.
- Note that charges aren't consumed if an attack doesn't hit anything; this is different from a "miss", which is what occurs when you're blinded, or an enemy dodges, etc.
- For example, if you cast Arcane Power and then Meteor Shower, the bolts that don't trigger a "hit" on enemies (ie. the ones that only hit the ground) won't consume charges.
- Note that charges aren't consumed if an attack doesn't hit anything; this is different from a "miss", which is what occurs when you're blinded, or an enemy dodges, etc.
