"Devil"

This content was introduced in Shadow of the Mad King 2012 and is subsequently only available during Halloween.

"Devil" is a sylvari who is dressed up for Halloween. During Halloween she can be found wandering about Lion's Arch with a Lionguard. They circle through the four locations with Haunted Doors and Halloween vendors.

"Devil": I love the smells this time of year. The crisp air, the sweets, the pumpkin pie...or is that just the Mad King's head burning?

Lionguard: I love this time of year. Halloween scares the heck out of me, though!

"Devil": Are you scared of ghosts?

Lionguard: No, I'm scared of trying to squeeze into my Halloween costume after eating so much trick-or-treat candy last year!

She can be seen being followed by the Mini Gwynefyrdd.
She wears Devil Horns and Flamekissed shoulders, chest, gloves, legs, and boots.
