"Devil"

This content was introduced in Shadow of the Mad King 2012 and is subsequently only available during Halloween.

"Devil" is sylvari who is dressed up for Halloween. During Halloween she can be found wandering about Lion's Arch with a Lionguard. They circle through the four locations with Haunted Doors and Halloween vendors.

"Devil": I love the smells this time of year. The crisp air, the sweets, the pumpkin pie...or is that just the Mad King's head burning?

Lionguard: I love this time of year. Halloween scares the heck out of me, though!

"Devil": Are you scared of ghosts?

Lionguard: No, I'm scared of trying to squeeze into my Halloween costume after eating so much trick-or-treat candy last year!

She can be seen being followed by the Mini Gwynefyrdd.
She wears Devil Horns and Flamekissed shoulders, chest, gloves, legs, and boots.
