“Summon the power of the Mists to surround your body, setting your energy to the maximum and preventing it from degenerating. When the effect disappears, energy of the current legend is drained to 0%.
Mists Surge: Energy is set to 100% and cannot degenerate.
Dark Aura (5s): Surrounded by a dark aura that reduces incoming condition damage and causes torment each time you are struck (1-second cooldown per attacker).
Duration: 7 seconds
