"In the beginning there were no clocks, no watches, no cuckoos... not so much as a wooden stick stuck in the mud to tell the time with a simple shadow. Abilities[edit]

Chronomancers favorite tactic involves messing about with time. For them, a clock hand packs more punch than the five-fingered kind and time is a lethal weapon - just watch them control the initiative and movement of their enemies.

Special skill types[edit]

  • Clock Skills — available only to the chronomancer profession, allows the chronomancer to teleport to certain predetermined positions in accordance with the numbers on a clock.

Traits[edit]

Thieves have the following trait lines: [[Temporarily]], [[Acceleration]], [[Detention]], [[Dials]], and [[Midnight]].

Armor[edit]

The chronomancer is an soldier profession and thus wears heavy armor.

Weapons[edit]

  • Two-handed
    • Shortbow — ranged mobile weapon with AoE attacks and shadow step ability.
  • Main-hand
    • Hand — A well forged Clock Hand
    • Dagger — jump on a foe, attack quickly and inflict many conditions on them.
    • Pistol — ranged shots from pistol leave enemies vulnerable to following attacks.
  • Off-hand
    • Dagger — gives access to close range skills which allow quick escape by crippling the enemy or vanishing from sight.
    • Pistol — ranged weapon used to quickly retreat or to daze the target by a shot to the head or from a pistol whip.
  • Aquatic
    • Harpoon gun — bombard enemy with ranged attacks or pull them in, stab them and shadow step away.
    • Spear — rapid melee attacks spiced up with the usual chronomancer tricks.

There are seven possible weapon sets for this profession and two weapon sets while underwater. The chronomancer can switch between two weapon sets in combat.

Personal story[edit]

During character creation, chronomancer characters must choose why they want to manipulate time.
