Use Soul Binders to catch and kill fast-moving Branded enemies is a group event covering the Necrotic Coast, Wing's Shadow and Olmakhan Camp. Players need to chase down three fast-moving Veteran Branded with their mounts, chain them down with Soul Binders, and kill them. This event needs to be completed in order to progress the Olmakhan Camp Operations meta event.

Walkthrough

Each of the three event enemies have  Swift Flight, allowing them to move at phenomenal speeds, while being immune to all forms of regular crowd control. Since each has a set route, players can get on a mount, and wait for them to run by, before chaining them down with the   Use Soul Binder special action skill. The enemy will then stop to engage the players, until it reaches 50% of its health, whereby it will once again run off. Mount up and use the special action skill once again to finish the kill.
