Stronger Together - Grows stronger when allies who also have this enhancement are nearby.
Lethal Inspiration (when near The Mindblade) - Adds life stealing to attacks, and converts conditions to boons every 10 seconds.

- Heaven's Palm - The Enforcer slams the target area with powerful energies, dealing heavy damage.
- Heaven's Palm (Challenge Mode only) - The Enforcer slams the target area with powerful energies, dealing heavy damage and applying extreme vulnerability for a short time. Targets with extreme vulnerability are killed by this attack.
- Rushing Justice - The Enforcer rushes to a location, leaving behind a trail of fire that damages and burns enemies within.
- Booming Command - The Enforcer taunts nearby enemies and begins a destructive whirling attack.
- Sword of Wrath - Slash your foe once.
- Sword Arc - Slash your foe again.
