I seem to remember there being blueprints for normal crafting, too. Is that correct or is there a different name for those? --Plegnic 19:29, 16 February 2012 (UTC)

Those are recipes according to [1]. Alfa-R User Alfa-R sig.png 19:37, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
Of course, should have remembered that. Thanks. --Plegnic 19:41, 16 February 2012 (UTC)

Trebuchet[edit]

Doesn't trebuchets require 100 supplies and not 50? Symphy 17:34, 25 July 2012 (UTC)

Also, on the respective pages for Arrow Cart and Ballista, they're set to 30 and 20 supplies respectively, when it should be 20 and 30. Symphy 17:37, 25 July 2012 (UTC)

Guild Siege[edit]

More info about the guild ones acquired through influence would be nice. I haven't gotten any or I would add it myself. C The 17:43, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

Needs new pictures[edit]

Both the deployment skill bar and the merchent picture are badly outdated (showing replaced skill icons, and replaced prices). Superior siege blueprints are not mentioned as well. --Xeeron 19:24, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

Converting account-bound to tradeable[edit]

To convert account-bound blueprints into tradeable ones:

  • Go to WvW.
  • "Use" the blueprint
  • Press 2 to cancel the build site.

That blueprint and any from the same stack will be converted into the tradeable variety. I'm not sure if it's worth posting on the main article, since most people will probably convert their BPs within a few days from now. 75.37.21.118 03:04, 10 July 2013 (UTC)

Added a blurb about this to the notes category, as you never know how long a blueprint may remain inactive in someone's bank, as well as for historical reference. Azure Fang (talk) 09:20, 10 July 2013 (UTC)

Feedback 2018/09/01[edit]

In the Guild Blueprint section there seems to be a Template:Recipe table with an incorrect item type, changing it to Gizmo shows the recipes, but the table looks pretty large, a section that used to fill half the page now takes a whole page. Should the Template:Recipe table just be removed from that section? -- Hitakashi (talk) 14:27, 1 September 2018 (UTC)

We do need to keep a list of guild blueprints in that section... but I agree this table is huge. I came up with this (it's an edited version of {{Hide}} that restricts the width of the header, because otherwise the "[show]" is way off to the right where nobody will ever notice it):
but I'm not sure it's a good idea to use it here. Huge recipe tables is a problem that we have all over the entire wiki, and it ought to be addressed for all of them at once. Any attempt to address it here will lead to a double-collapsed table if we ever fix it centrally.
There's another problem with this table: at the moment, these blueprints are the only Gizmos that scribing can make, but if any non-blueprint Gizmos are added then we don't really want them showing up here. But I can't see how to restrict {{Recipe table}} to just these blueprints. Perhaps the best choice here is just to replace it with a static list, or a small table like the other one in this section.
(I'm going to edit the page to restore the recipe list anyway so that I can point to it on Template talk:Recipe table as an example of overly big recipe tables, but please do whatever you feel is appropriate afterwards.) -- Dagger (talk) 20:16, 1 September 2018 (UTC)

Feedback 2020/07/24[edit]

Unless I am reading the page wrong the items needed in the forge are wrong. I just tried to upgrade catapult blueprints to superior and it says I need 1 siege master's guide, 20 blueprints, 50 wood and 50 ore. --192.180.133.20 22:00, 24 July 2020 (UTC)

There are more recipes, see Superior Catapult Blueprints. —Kvothe (talk) 01:13, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
