Start Fishing is a mastery skill that equips the fishing rod and gives access to fishing skills. It is unlocked account-wide after completing the Old Friends chapter in the End of Dragons story on at least one character.

"Start Fishing" can be activated by one of the following ways:

• Clicking on its icon in the Mastery Skill menu.
• Using its own keybind set in Control Options (unassigned by default).
• Using "Activate Mastery Skill" keybind ( J by default) after setting "Start Fishing" as the active skill by right-clicking it in the Mastery Skill menu.
