Sol Eater is a rare colocal roaming around the Challenger Cliffs or Choke Canyon. As one of the five Dry Top rare bosses, it is part of their five hour cycle. The five bosses spawn one at a time in a set, repeating the rotation of Sol Eater, Sand Savage, Bloodscale, Grit, and Dune Soarer. It appears only once every five hours during that hour's sandstorm.
