Robb is a minstrel, Guild Sound Technician and member of the Guild Initiative. This vendor appears in your Guild Tavern when Guild Hall Music: City Themes is unlocked. Heart of Thorns expansion is required to use these services. Changing the guild hall music will require the guild permission: Change Guild Hall Music.
