Bug:

Even though it says Veteran or Champion, it can also drop from regular Risen Krait Hypnoss that spawn during events.

• The Talisman does not drop from Krait spawned by the Tequatl meta.
• The most reliable way of obtaining this is the Reclaim the southern beach from the Risen event, in which the Veteran is guaranteed to appear.
