Priest Bashkim is an Elonian human scout found in the Northern Way Station in the Crystal Oasis.

“Welcome to the cavalier's way station on the northern road to the Desert Highlands.
Balthazar's army arrived here only recently, but they're already causing mayhem and spreading misery.
The Temple of Kormir and nearby town of Kweli struggle to care for refugees of the warfare, despite constant attacks.
If you're looking to explore, there are dunes to the south and ruins to our north. Take care if you stray from the road.
