Warning: No reason provided! Preparations are three meta events to prepare Dragon's End for the battle to subdue Soo-Won. Complete events to increase the map's readiness level and to gain stacks of Dragon's End Contributor.
The Dragon's End Contributor effect grants boons (stacking with intensity) and each stack also awards a bonus chest after the final battle, to a maximum of 10 stacks. The events may occur at any readiness level and may reoccur multiple times. Additional events during The Battle for the Jade Sea can also grant up to 5 stacks or refresh existing ones if the cap of 10 stacks has already been reached during the preparations.
When a map has reached high readiness in all three regions players on the map will gain 
+5% Damage vs Dragonvoid.
Objectives: North[edit]

- Northern Dragon's End is fully prepared for the coming battle with Soo-Won.
- Current Readiness Level: High
- At low or medium readiness
- Completing events across Northern Dragon's End increases readiness levels for the coming battle with Soo-Won.
- Current Readiness Level: Low or Medium
Help Xunlai Jade prepare their jade shipment (80)
[Group Event] Stop Void Corrupters from tainting the jade shipment (80)
- Dive for machine parts and return them to the quarry salvager (80)
[Group Event] Defeat the summoned creature before it can escape (80)- [Group Event] Defend the Speakers outpost (80)
- [Group Event] Defeat the Void champion (80)
[Group Event] Defeat the Void-corrupted Jade Maw (80)
Protect the jade mechs while they charge the shield generator (80)

Defeat the Void attacking Juno Hatchery (80)
Lead newly hatched turtles to the safety of the hatchery ponds (80)- Help the petitioners prove themselves to the shrine guardian (80)

- Clear debris and look for survivors (80)
- Defend Sister Sangsa while she provides first aid (80)

A fresh Dragon's End map starts in the Preparations phase. This means that overflow maps created during the normal time block for The Battle for the Jade Sea, or maps that fail The Battle for the Jade Sea and close/reset, will end up in a preparation state earlier than the event timer might suggest.
