Mensorr is a Renown Heart NPC located in The Iron Veil, kneeling by defeated dredge mining suits. After players assist with Disrupt dredge mining operations for Order of Whispers operatives, he will become a karma merchant.

Dredge mining activities are disrupting our operations in this area. We could use help sabotaging their mining operation.
What can I do to help out?
- Wipe out the dredge, demoralize them by busting up their ore, and fill in any holes they've drilled in the ground.
- Do you have any tips on dealing with the dredge?
- I've fashioned these weapons out of broken dredge gear...

- / The dredge increased the pace of their mining. They have to be stopped before they cave in this whole area.
