Launch kite baskets full of water balloons is a level 80 group event that happens around the whole Bazaar Docks in Labyrinthine Cliffs. It starts 15 minutes before the start of the Participate in the treasure hunt! meta event.
Objectives[edit]
- To fill kite baskets, swim with empty balloons, then load those water balloons into kite baskets. Full kite baskets are launched by wind crystal charges.

Walkthrough[edit]
To progress this event, players must pick up empty balloons from empty balloon baskets found near Zephyrite Kite Guides, then go in the sea to fill them up with water, and then deposit them by interacting with one of the kite baskets scattered around the area.
To send off the baskets that have been filled with water balloons, players must pick up blue Wind crystals (the ones granting the Assisted Leap skill) and bring their power to a nearby Zephyrite Kite Guide. The guide will then send off some of the nearby baskets on their own.
