Usage[edit]
After reaching the Outreach step of the End of Dragons story, talking to a fisherman in Seitung Harbor will take you in his skiff to the Crystal Cave area in the south-west of Seitung Province. After completing the story instance at the cave, the legendary crafting vendor Leivas can be found standing outside the cave. Speaking with Leivas will allow you a one-time purchase of 
Prismatic Precursor Selection Box containing an account-bound generation 3 (End Of Dragons) precursor weapon for any player who has obtained the Fragment of Prismatic Light.
The legendary crafting vendor Leivas can also be found in Arborstone after completion of the Globalization mastery.
The ability to receive a precursor selection box from the legendary crafting vendor will still be available if you have previously sold or deleted the Fragment of Prismatic Light.
