Increased power coefficient of the second strike from 0.15 to 0.375 in PvE and to 0.28 in PvP and WvW. Reduced burning duration of the first strike from 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds. Increased burning duration of the second strike from 1 second to 2.5 seconds.
